Christopher Lee Sample

Sample, Christopher L., 58, of Springfield, passed away January 24, 2016. Chris was born September 14, 1957 in Springfield, OH to Thomas and Leona (Foster) Sample. He served honorably in the United States Navy. Survivors include one son, Christopher R. Sample; seven siblings, Tom Sample, Jim (Casey) Sample, John Sample, Marian White, Tim (Nancy) Sample, Danny Sample and Kathy (Doug) Runyan; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and lifelong friend, Brian Buck. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Steve. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Deacon Norm Horstman officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
