Christian L. Claar

Claar, Christian L., 48, of Springfield, passed away January 7, 2018 in his residence. Christian was born on September 17, 1969 in Springfield, OH to Harold E. "Bud" and Barbara (Lyons) Claar, Jr. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, an avid Cleveland Browns fan who loved to cook and a loving father of two children. In addition to his mother, survivors include two sons, Tyler and Dillon Claar; and one sister, Julie Stephens. He was preceded in death by his father, "Bud" in 1987 and his grandparents. A service will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be held two hours prior, starting at 4:00pm in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
