Charles A. Kendall

Kendall, Charles A., 84, of Springfield, passed away at Springfield Regional Medical Center on January 7, 2017 following a brief illness. He was born April 16, 1932 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Andrew Farrow Kendall and Dorothy (White) Kendall. Charles was a 1950 graduate of Springfield High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Mae (McCreer) on June 17, 1961. Charles retired from Navistar after 34 years of service. He was an avid gardener and loved to be outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings: Chester, Frank, Dale, Reisel and Karen. Survivors include his wife Mae; one sister, Mary (Scott) Miller and many nieces and nephews.
