Cathlynn "Cathy" Kite

Kite, Cathlynn "Cathy", 67, of Springfield, passed away at 7:36 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in London, Ohio on September 3, 1950 the daughter of David and Ruth (Dorn) Watkins. She owned and operated Kite Delivery and Courier Service for more than 30 years. For the past seven years she has been enjoying the winter months in Ft. Myers, Florida at Hideaway Country Club. She loved golfing, dancing and the beach. Survivors include her husband, Doug; two daughters and sons-in-law, Heather (Matt) Kite Myers of Bellefontaine and Stephanie (Andy) Kite Wal of Springfield; four grandchildren, Riley and Dawson Myers and Parker and Evan Wal; cousin, Sandy Barker and her aunt, Virginia Paul. She was preceded in death by her brother, Marty. Her funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Joe Kelly officiating. Visitation will held two hours prior to the sevice.
