Betty Gene Wangler Stevens

Stevens, Betty Gene Wangler, 92, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 in Forest Glen Health Campus. She was born in Springfield on November 12, 1923 the daughter of Charles and Nellie Swartz. She worked as a secretary at Dallas and Mavis for many years and was a member of the Eagles, Moose Lodge and Springfield Women's Bowling Association. Survivors include her two children, Connie (Dan) Baldwin of New Carlisle and Charles Bennett of Ft. Myers, Florida; four grandchildren, Thomas Boggs, Bill (Brittany) Boggs, Nicole and Cory Bennett and seven great grandchildren. Per her wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements handled by CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
