Bertha Alice Joseph

Joseph, Bertha Alice, 56, of Springfield, was called to be with the Lord on Friday, December 25, 2015. Alice was born January 8, 1959 in Springfield to Paul and Lela Mae (St. John) Strong. She worked as a barber/stylist for many years. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Joseph; one son, Donald (Amber) Adams, Jr.; two grandchildren; three siblings, Charlotte (John) Descombs, Sarah (Will) Levering, and Paul Strong, Jr.; one uncle, William St. John; several cousins, nieces and nephews; and her dog and best friend, Jaydee. She was preceded in death by her parents. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Conroy Funeral Home.
