Barbara A. Lightle

Lightle, Barbara A. 65, of South Vienna, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 in her home. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 16, 1952 the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Worland) Bullwinkel. She had worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Meijer Pharmacy, Hilliard, Ohio and was a member of the Ohio Horseman Council. Survivors include her husband, James A. "Jim"; two children, Chris Lightle of Dayton and Beth (Rene) Lightle of Chicago, Illinois; granddaughter, Jordyn; two siblings, Bob Bullwinkel of Springfield and Betty Reflogle of Virginia and many pets, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; aunt, Margaret Worland and her grandmother, Effie Worland. Private services will be held. Memorial donations may be made to ASPCA, P.O.
