Alice A. Wolf

WOLF, Alice A., 92, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born February 11, 1921 in Fremont, Ohio, the daughter of Robert and Hilda (Ochs) Reardon. Alice had worked as a teacher and administrator for the Springfield City Schools for 35 years, retiring in 1983. Alice was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church, C.L.C. #207, Elderly United, Review Club, Clark County Retired Teachers and Springfield Club. Survivors include her son and spouse, Timothy and Jill Wolf, Springfield; four siblings, Jean Bernard, Port Clinton, Vivian Reardon, Toledo, Margaret Lehmann, Port Clinton, James and Donna Reardon, Fremont and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J., in 1990 and two brothers, Paul and Vincent. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Raphael Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Fremont, Ohio. Memorial donations may be made to the Clark County Literacy Council or the Clark County Public Library.
