Alan Ott

OTT, Alan, 46, of Springfield, passed away unexpectedly on February 4, 2013 and is now on his final hunting trip. Alan was born on July 8, 1966 in Springfield the son of Connie (Farris) Circle. He was a senior quality control technician at Pentaflex for 26 years, coached baseball at Vernon-Murphy and was an avid hunter. Survivors include his significant other of 12 years, Nikki Dance; three children, Ashlee, Ty and Cole Ott; 3 grandbabies, Cameren Scott, Taylor Scott and Madalynn DePriest; brother, Butch Ott; sister, Dianna Ott; sister-in-law, Susan Ott and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; He was preceded in death by his mother and a son, Jeffrey A. Ott. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
