Agnes "Aggie" Tucker

TUCKER, Agnes "Aggie", 83, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. Aggie was born May 6, 1934 in Bryant, Indiana to John and Edith (Boise) Schindler. She was a graduate of Catholic Central High School and later retired from The Kissell Company after 32 years. She was also a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church, where she was a choir member for over 45 years. Survivors include one son, Michael (Pam) Tucker; grandchildren, David (Rachael) Tucker, Patricia Curtis, Christina (Shawn) Crose, Joanna Perkins, Amy (David) Merritt, Rachel Tucker, Korie (Gabe) Thompson and Michael Tucker, Jr.; 22 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one sister, Lucille (Clinton) Whittaker; daughter-in-law, Laura Tucker; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 60 years, David; one son, Patrick; and three siblings, Paul, Rosemary and Alice. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Raphael Catholic Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior in the church, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by CONROY FUNRAL HOME.
