My condolences to the entire Metzger Family. He watered a lot of race tracks and swimming pools. Never saw when he didn't have a smile on his face. There were a lot of his Dad's and Mom's peacocks running up and down Hominy Ridge Rd. They were beautiful. Prayer to the family

One hell of a guy. Loved harassing and getting harassed while watching the kids played sports. Wish I had more times with him over the years. Truly be missed!

Charlie was a lifelong friend. We are so thankful for the many years our families shared the good life and times travelling, working race tracks and camping with the most eclectic group of friends imaginable. As our friends and family circle shrinks and we celebrate Charlie's life we say goodbye to a truly good man and a treasured friend.. Condolences to his loving family.

Charlie worked at International Harvester with my Dad, Jack Downs. They were usually up to no good with one another and I remember hearing about lots of pranks on one another. I pray for God’s comfort and peace during this difficult time.
