Condolences
Click here to leave a condolenceSaddened to hear about Sally. We used to pass almost every morning, when she was going into work, and I was going home. She always seemed so cheerful. Bud Burchett, Sheriff Deb’s dad is the last of our old block. He is in his nineties, and still lives there in his house. They moved in after 1944, because Karl Rose, a policeman lived in that house, when my mother moved in, if I remember correctly. There were a lot of good people on that block. When we go out, we know fewer, and fewer people. Seems like we used to know everyone. I think of you often. I think there were at least five nurses from that block. Even Vicki Sommers became an RN.
- Anita Kendall, Friday January 8th, 2021I knew Sally all through school. She was such a sweet soul. I"m certain she is in heaven. RIP Sally.
- Jeanne Hackett Restivo, Tuesday January 5th, 2021So sorry for your loss. I knew Sally from St. Raphael Church. At one time she was a Eucharistic Minister at the same time that I was. I would also see her while she was at Oakwood when visiting an Aunt also at Oakwood. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
