Lisa, you have our heartfelt sympathy., What a shock it was to hear of Joe's tragic death. Your heart must be breaking. I wish I could be at his funeral Mass, however, I am recovering from surgery and will not be able to be there in person, Trust that I will be there in spirit. May the Lord send His angels to comfort you and your sons, May He hold Joe in His loving hands and touch your heart to keep the bound between the two of you as strong as ever. God bless, love and hugs, Barb and Bob Saal

Lisa and family, my deepest sympathies. Joe and I worked together at Scripps. Until Joe moved to Knoxville, we had a standing bet on Browns/Bengals games where the loser had to buy lunch for the winner at Quatmann's. I don't think we really cared who won, it was a chance to get out and enjoy a burger and a good time. I will forever cherish those times we had.

Lisa, our hearts are with you. It's been years since we've seen you and Joe, and we hold such fond memories of the times we spent together, usually at the Yancey's. You are all in our prayers and we send our love.

I don't know what it is about "54", but I lost my brother at the same age. I am convinced that the Lord has great plans for Joe, his positive attitude, his "can do" perspective, his love for life, his love for his wife and family, and the list goes on. I was blessed to know him. I pray for all who knew him. With humble regards, Mark Zettler
