Kyle is the co-owner, along with his brother, of Conroy Funeral Home in Springfield. He is a fourth generation funeral director following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Kyle graduated from Catholic Central High School in 1998 and went on to the University of Toledo and graduated with a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Family and Small Business. He then attended the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and graduated with a Bachelors of Mortuary Science in 2003. Kyle is involved in many organizations and serves on numerous boards in the Springfield area including his Parish News Council, Irish Fellowship Society the Catholic Central Foundation and is a member of University Club, The Springfield Country Club and The B.P.O.E. #51. Kyle was married in 2013 to Gretchen (House). Gretchen began working at the funeral home in 2015 as the administrative secretary. They have two children, Colette and George.
Bryce is a co-owner, along with his brother, Kyle, of Conroy Funeral Home. He joined the funeral home in 2013, and became a licensed funeral director 2 years later after serving a 2-year apprenticeship. Like his brother, he is also a fourth generation funeral director. He is also a certified crematory operator. A lifelong resident of Springfield, Bryce graduated from Catholic Central High School in 2001 and the University of Toledo in 2006, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He is a member of the Elks Lodge #51 and St. Bernard Catholic Church.
Rob has been associated with the funeral business his entire life, due to the fact that his father was a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He is a native of Middletown, Ohio, where he graduated from Middletown High School in 1990. He went on to graduate from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1993. After working for a funeral home in Middletown for two years he joined the firm in 1995 as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Rob is married to his wife, Stacey and they have a daughter, Meyer. He enjoys the Springfield community and hopes to continue to serve it's people in the future.
Jack Conroy is a third generation funeral director having been licensed since 1972. He is the grandson of George J. Degenhart, the founder of the family business, which began in 1919. He is a graduate of Catholic Central High School and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is a licensed Insurance Agent for the purpose of prearrangement funding and is certified in Eye Enucleation for the purpose of cornea transplant. Jack married his wife, Lonnie (Luse), in 1975 and has three sons, two of whom work in the family business. He is a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and has served on numerous boards and committees in Springfield over his long career. Jack retired in 2015 but still remains involved and active in the funeral home.
