BAKER, Jr., Marvin J., 65, of Urbana, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017 in his home. Marvin was born June 1, 1952 in Springfield, OH to Marvin J. and Martha P. (Price) Baker. He was a 1970 graduate of Northeastern High School and retired from Navistar in 2004. He enjoyed the outdoors, mushroom hunting and taking care of his yard. He also loved his cats very much. Survivors include two children, Angie (Aaron Carrico) and Tiffany Baker; three grandchildren, Kirstin Carrico, Shyla Ann McConnell and Kayleigh Rose Russell; three siblings, Richard (Laurel) Clifford, Tom Clifford and Kathy Baker Donovan; one sister-in-law, Robin Baker and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra (Funderburg); and two siblings, Anne Deere and Danny Baker. Burial of ashes will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in Terre Haute Cemetery. Sorry for your loss I went to school with Marvin at Northeastern High School Marvin always had a smile on his face all of the time an o will never forget the red hair he had Marvin you will be missed
