At a time of loss and sorrow, it is often helpful to find someone to speak with. Grief Support or Bereavement Services can provide assistance in these trying times as you adjust to the loss of your loved one. A number of local organizations provide counseling services or group sessions, and many churches have a support group for members who have recently experienced a loss.
